About me
Finding the right track
Taking time for professional guidance and following a structured process to ultimately find the right track is something I would have liked to do in my teenage years. It would probably have helped me avoid several detours and disapppointments. So I'm all the more pleased to have found my role as a coach focused on accompanying young people and adults in their search for the "right track".

The "Kompetenzenbilanz" is a science-based process for determining competencies that people have acquired based on their professional and non-professional activities, their individual development, their qualifications, and their learning experience. It was developed in 2003 by Prof. Dr. Claas Triebel and is now an internationally recognized tool for career guidance. On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Stiftung Warentest awarded the "Kompetenzenbilanz"-Methodology the best of all 11 tested procedures in February 2017. I use this process as a foundation for my career coaching.
