Reorientation for Adults

A fast-paced world

Our world is in a continuous "change" mode. Globalization, digitization, and the increasing mobility of people are constantly changing. This also applies to the professional world. The times of linear work biographies are over. For various reasons, people change their jobs several times throughout their lives. In searching for the right role, sound knowledge of one's own strengths, values, and options - the resources - are important motivating factors.

Discover and use your potential

What have I learned so far? When am I "at my best"? And where do my family, peers, and my work environment see me at my best? People have excellent degrees and professional qualifications, but they have a lot more. What are their individual strengths and unique skills? How can these help them to reach their full potential and become even happier and more successful? It does not necessarily have to be in the area they studied or in which they have previously worked. Areas of activity outside of the professional context and experiences from earlier stages of life are also important indicators in this orientation process.

Eine schnelllebige Welt
Sein Potenzial erkennen und ausschöpfen
Content

Participants explore their various areas of activity, interests, education, and previous work experience. Using a structured process, they identify and formulate their key skills in four different categories. As a result, they receive a systematic overview of their strengths and resources and see what makes them unique. They then compare their current situation with their ideal job and set new goals with concrete next steps.

Benefits

Along the orientation process, you get a new perspective of what you have experienced and learned in your life and see the common thread. You know exactly where your strengths lie, what makes you unique, and which values are important to you. You gain self-motivation and persuasiveness. You know how to use your resources and opportunities for a professional change process.

Format

Individual coaching (in person and/or online)

Normally, 4 sessions of 2 to 3 hours each are sufficient. Participants will get exercises and work material and create a structured summary of their results.
